      Technical & Service Reporting

      We work with you to ensure we make your teams life as easy as possible – whether you need auto reports or manually bespoke reports, we understand everyone differs and our approach is to wrap around your team needs, whether your Finance team need cost reports whilst your Operations team need service performance reports, we believe in agility for the customer and with a clear ‘can do will do’ culture, nothing is impossible.

      We are used to working with customers via EDI, API, CSV & FTP. We also have customers that remain highly manual in how we receive orders, our agile approach to each customer needs is a strategy we maintain as all customers have varying needs, talk to us about how we can support you.
